Terms of Retail Sales

• All goods offered for sale are of merchantable quality.
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.
• Delivery of all goods is subject to receipt of full payment in cleared funds.
• Variances in colour and texture of leather products may occur and are part of the natural character of leather.
• We do not accept responsibility for any damage caused to the goods due to mishandling, negligence, abuse or misuse once the goods have left our care.
• In accordance with the NSW Office of Fair Trading, a purchaser is not entitled to any exchange or refund following a change of mind or circumstance.
• Where goods are delivered, customers are to ensure suitable, reasonable and safe access to their premises is available. If this is not available then return transport costs and a restocking fee of twenty-five percent of the retail price is applicable.
